At SHAD USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
